Administration Route: Reconstitution of vials in 10 ml sterile water followed by dilution in 250 ml 0.9% NaCl for i.v. infusion.
Initial Dose ( Mnfr ): Initial dose 4 - 6 vials
Recommended Dose: Initial dose 4 - 6 vials.
Additional dose of 4 - 6 vials if required to achieve control of the envenomation; maintenance doses of 2 vials every 6 hours (3 doses) are recommended.
